Beary Warm was born from two hearts with one shared mission: to bring warmth, comfort, and connection to those who need it most.

The idea first sparked years ago during a high school project, where one of our founders imagined a portable heated stuffed animal—something cozy and comforting, like a warm hug you could take anywhere. Though the idea was ahead of its time and shelved for years, it never left her heart. During the stillness of the COVID-19 pandemic, the memory came flooding back—this time with even deeper meaning. She envisioned how comforting a warm stuffed animal could be for people in hospitals or in isolation, longing for the touch and love of family. With time to revisit the dream, she began developing a prototype. And then, by fate, she met Abdul.

Abdul’s story began in a deeply emotional moment during the final days of his father’s life. While struggling with his own health and feeling unseen, it was a simple act of kindness from his four-year-old niece—offering him a frozen teddy bear—that sparked an idea. That cold bear stirred a longing: Why wasn’t there a teddy bear that gave warmth instead? Driven by love for his own children, Abdul handcrafted warm stuffed animals using heating coils and battery packs. What began as a keepsake for his kids quickly became something much bigger. Encouraged by family and loved ones, he decided to bring his vision to life and launched what he called Warm Huggs—a tribute to his father, whose passing ultimately inspired this journey.

When we met, we realized we were working toward the same vision: a simple invention with the power to make a real difference. Together, we’ve combined our stories, our talents, and our passion to build Beary Warm—a company that believes everyone deserves the comfort of a warm hug, especially when they need it most.
